The Target which was Struck by tonight’s Ukrainian Ballistic Missile Attack on Northwestern Crimea utilizing at least 8 Long-Range Variants of the MGM-140 ATACMS, appears to have been the Soviet NIP-16 Space Tracking and Deep Space Communication Center near the City of Yevpatoria on the Coast of the Black Sea. The Site was Abandoned after the Fall of the USSR, until the Russian Annexation in 2014 when it was placed under the Command of the Russian Aerospace Defence Forces for Nuclear Early-Warning and Command Operations.
